Frequently Asked Questions
-
We have been offering motorcoach tours since 1978.
-
We use only the latest model motorcoaches equipped with a restroom, reclining seats, temperature control, WiFi, electric outlets, PA system, video player and monitors. Instead of the usual 56 seats, two sets of seats–one set on each side of the aisle–have been removed and the remaining seats re-spaced allowing for more leg room between the seats. This seating is similar to “Comfort Class” on an airline.
-
Tour packages are complete with all admissions, transportation, and accommodations, plus, some meals are included. Tour price also includes all gratuities, including the restaurant wait staff, motorcoach driver, tour escort, hotel luggage staff and others. No tipping is allowed.
-
We’re sorry but tour members must sign-up with the organization sponsoring the tour. Tour members already signed up are welcome to invite friends and family members to join them on the tour.
-
We do not require advance deposits for most of our tours. The leader of your organization will collect the payments from each tour member, then on the day of the tour, or shortly before, they will hand off the payment to the Avion Tour escort. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% convenience fee added.
-
Cancellations are refunded on an individual basis. Concert and show tickets are not refundable. Any refunds from our suppliers for hotel rooms, meals, admissions, etc. are returned in full to anyone that has cancelled their tour reservation.
-
We belong to Visit Hendricks County and the American Bus Association, an organization with over 1,000 members representing motorcoach companies, tour operators, hotels, destination marketing organizations, attractions and restaurants.
